MN TEX, established in the year 2009, are pioneers in manufacturing and exporting Home textiles, Furnishings, Made-ups, Institutional, Hospitality and Health-care linen.

All of our products undergo a meticulous quality control from fiber stage to production process beginning with eye-catching designs and patterns, innovative production methods equipped with state-of-art weaving, processing and finishing machines.

Throughout our production process, we adhere to strict quality policies and deliver only the very best to our esteemed buyers. 

Located at Karur , India with a workforce of 275 employees and state of art in house production facilities .   

We procure yarn from the finest Mills in India and weave in our exclusive state of art auto loom shuttle –less weaving set-up. We produce multi various fabrics from grey canvas , herring bone , twill , waffle , seer-sucker , yarn dyed woven , jacquards, dobby checks and stripes , terry towels , poly cot fabrics , linen , lurex and heavy duty canvas etc., 

Wet Processing – We do our fabric processing with automatic batch controlled jumbo giggers and soft flow machine. With absolute eco-friendly methods in processing and effluent treatments.

Eye catching astonishing patterns we with azo free and eco friendly chemicals .We adopt silk Screen , Rotary , Flat Bed, MHN, Heat Transfer , Sublimation and Digital printing techniques.

Embroiderey - With Tajima 60 heads macines we create beautiful designs .

Our lay cutting has a capacity to produce 15000 units per day. 

We have 200 machines. These flat machines and over lock are from Juki  Japan and. All the machines are fixed with auto thread trimming and dust collection.

The machines are also fixed with top feed which reduces the tension in seams for special stitching like Decorative stitching, Button holing, Buttoning etc. 

Trimming And Checking

We have about 40 staffs working in trimming and checking section tirelessly checking the products for any loose ends or protruding threads.

Quality Control

We 3 QC managers and 5 line supervisors 40 quality checkers. We adopt all standard AQL norms.

Packing : We have about 40 packers who does the packing and finishing the merchandise for reading for export.

We are audited and certified ISO 9001 , SA8000 for social compliance and OEKO-Tex , EU-Reach , CE, SEDEX  for product excellence .
