Compliance Officer
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain compliance with Textile Exchange standards (e.g., GOTS, OCS, RCS, GRS).
- Prepare, review, and submit Transaction Certificates (TCs) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized records of all TC applications and related documentation.
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, and external certification bodies to ensure traceability and transparency.
- While audit coordinate with External auditor to conduct a audit smoothly
- Investigate and resolve non-conformities related to TC processes.
- Stay updated on changes in compliance regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor’s degree .
- 0-2 years of experience in a compliance within the textile industry.
- Strong understanding of Textile Exchange standards and sustainability certifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), and ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
- Prior experience in Ecocert certification is added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
