Export Division – QC Head
1. Minimum Five years experience in Home textile Products, Baby products and other export products.
2. Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures throughout the textile production lifecycle.
3. Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods to identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities.
4. Coordinate testing and analysis of textile samples using appropriate methods and equipment to verify product quality and performance characteristics.
5. Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken. Generate reports summarizing quality performance metrics and trends.
6. Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues, evaluate supplier performance, and implement improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of incoming materials.
7. Identify opportunities for process optimization and quality enhancement within the textile production workflow. Propose and implement solutions to streamline operations and reduce defects.
8. Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality standards, inspection techniques, and best practices to foster a culture of quality excellence.
9. Work closely with customer service and sales teams to address customer feedback, complaints, and quality-related inquiries. Ensure timely resolution of quality issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality management system (QMS) reviews to drive ongoing enhancement of quality processes and practices.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
