Sales Executive
As a Furniture Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling furniture products to potential and existing customers. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of furniture design and materials, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, provide product recommendations, and ensure a seamless sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their furniture needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on product selection, features, and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Generation:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting furniture products and closing sales.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections and secure customer commitments.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the furniture products offered, including materials, construction, and design features.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase key features and benefits to customers.
- Order Management:
- Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including any customization requests or special requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as logistics and warehouse, to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues or delays.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure product satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales or referrals.
- Handle any returns, exchanges, or warranty claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in furniture sales or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Knowledge of furniture design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
