Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling products and services, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and reaching sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Reach or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop sales strategies
- Present and demonstrate products to prospective customers
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers
- Provide feedback and recommendations to management for product improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry
- Must travel for client meetings everyday
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
